Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Uphill Flow, we are committed to providing high-quality web design services tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the time, effort, and resources invested into every project, all payments made for our services are non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

Once payment has been made, whether in full or as a deposit, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Business closure or change in business direction

  • Failure to provide required content or information

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Dissatisfaction after approved revisions have been completed

  • Cancellation of the project by the client

2. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, all payments made up to that point will be refunded by Uphill Flow.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the final website meets the agreed-upon project requirements. Additional revisions beyond those included in the selected package may be subject to additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, feedback, approvals, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing these items do not qualify for a refund.

5. Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered, partially delivered, or are in progress. If a dispute arises, we encourage clients to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing any service from Uphill Flow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
